Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a film through our submission form, we collect your name, email address, country, the title and details of your film, your private screening link and any other information you enter in the form. When you order a trophy, we also collect your shipping address and order details.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our website provider (Wix) automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, time zone and the pages you visit. Payments. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers, PayPal and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

We share it only with service providers who help us run the festival: our website platform (Wix), our payment providers (PayPal and Stripe), analytics tools (Google Analytics) and shipping companies for trophy orders. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep submission data for as long as needed to run the festival and maintain our winners archive. Order data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax laws. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
